ipad mania

The seniors joined us on Thursday afternoon to show us how the amazing ipads work. We had a wonderful time...Thanks seniors for your patience and enthusiasm.

Welcome back

As you can see we have had a great start to term 3. This morning Simon (thanks to his Mum) brought in his two new pet lambs. They are called Maisie and Lilac. In Room 6, the children are learning how to record both video and camera shots. These great photos were taken by Matisse. Well done! (I think in one shot you have even captured the peculiar wet spot...but we'll not mention that!)You can also see Landen using the flip video. He kept his hand really steady. Great work Thursday camera crew!

A very big welcome to our five new students; Niamh, Ruby, Maia, Matthew and Jamie. We love having you in Room 6. Just a reminder...there will be a short meeting for new parents in class next Tuesday at 3pm. I am looking forward to meeting you then.

In closing, parents...I love to hear from you! It is especially great to be able to join in any celebrations that may occur in your family. I am always very appreciative of the help that you give. If you have any spare time and would like to do some parent help...let me know! Thanks again, Corrinne
